To place an order at Ryo Miura Japan , simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Then, follow the instructions to complete the secure checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed your order.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for more details on how to handle a return.

  • Domestic orders (Spain) : Orders are processed in 2-3 business days .
  • International Orders : International orders may take up to 3 business days to process before being shipped.
  • Some of our handcrafted knives, especially those shipped directly from Japan, may have an estimated delivery time of up to 20 business days due to the manufacturing and international shipping process. Please check the shipping times on the product page or contact our support team for more details.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the products. We offer free shipping in Spain for orders over €100. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Yes, all our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have any issues with your product within this time frame, please contact us for help. Please see our Warranty Policy for more details.

Los aranceles y el IVA son establecidos por las autoridades aduaneras del país o región donde se compran los bienes, y se basan en el país de fabricación y los productos. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and package and contact us at contact@ryomiurajapan.com as soon as possible. We will take care of solving the problem quickly.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a new delivery or leave instructions for you to pick up your package at a nearby location. Please be sure to provide an updated phone number and email address to facilitate delivery.
