How long does an order take
Usual preparation takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands usually move within 5 to 8 business days; European Union, 5 to 10 business days; and handcrafted or Japan-shipped pieces, 15 to 25 business days or around 2 to 3 weeks.
Why do some pieces take longer
Ryo Miura Japan works with Japanese selection and availability that may depend on workshop timing, supplier timing, additional preparation or shipment from Japan. When a piece needs more time, we treat that as part of a specialized selection.
How can I pay
Payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Available methods are those shown by the payment provider before confirming the purchase.
How much is shipping
Checkout calculates the exact cost before payment. Spain may have free shipping from 99 EUR when the free rate is active.
Can I return a product
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, except for legal exceptions. The product must be returned complete, protected and without improper use. Personalized pieces, pieces prepared to specifications or products included in a legal exception cannot be returned unless defective, damaged or incorrect.
Do products have a guarantee
Products sold to consumers include the applicable legal conformity guarantee. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, impacts, rust caused by lack of drying, dishwasher use or maintenance contrary to care instructions.
