Yes, we ship to all of Europe, the Americas, and the rest of the world. See conditions in the shipping section.

Yes, but only if it's unused and in perfect condition. See the returns section for details.

Yes, all our knives come ready to use. Only professional sharpeners will notice the difference.

2. Shipping and delivery

  • Free shipping to Spain on orders over €99.
  • International shipping: costs vary by country (calculated at checkout).
  • Shipping within 48-72 hours (Spain) with tracking number. *For custom-made knives to Japan, please allow 2-3 weeks.
  • Transport companies: Correos Express, UPS or DHL.

The courier will attempt to deliver it twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

3. Returns and exchanges

  • Deadline: 14 days from receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in its original box.
  • We do not accept "change of mind" returns if the product has been used or opened.
  • Please email us at support@ryomiurajapan.com with your order number.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and addresses.
  • Once received and reviewed, we will refund you.

4. Payments and discounts

  • Credit/debit card.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • PayPal.
  • Shop Pay.

Check that it's in effect and there are no minimums. If it still doesn't apply, please write to us.

5. Problems with products

Write to us immediately with photos. If it's our fault or the shipping fault, we'll replace it.

All knives are sharpened, but if you have any questions, please write to us and we'll help you understand if it's the right one for the type of cut or food you're using.

It could be natural (wood) or a defect. Send us a message with photos and we'll resolve it without any problem.
