Orders and preparation

We work with selected pieces whose availability may depend on preparation, workshop timing, supplier timing or shipment from Japan. Usual preparation takes 3 to 5 business days; made-to-order, special-selection or Japan-shipped pieces may take 15 to 25 business days or around 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping

  • Checkout lets you select the destination and always shows the exact cost before payment.
  • Spain may have free shipping from 99 EUR when the free rate is active in checkout.
  • International shipments may generate customs procedures or costs charged to the recipient where required by law.

Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Ryo Miura Japan does not store full card data and the available methods are those shown in the payment provider before confirming the purchase.

Exchanges and returns

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw, except for legal exceptions. The piece must return complete, protected and without improper use. Personalized products, products prepared to customer specifications or products under legal exceptions cannot be returned unless defective, damaged or incorrect due to Ryo Miura Japan.

Invoice

If you need an invoice, write with the order number and your fiscal details so it can be issued correctly.
