The data controller is LOCCO COMMITTEE S.L, tax ID B40275927, with registered address at C/ La Cerca, 5, 40160 Torrecaballeros (Segovia), Spain, as owner of the Ryo Miura Japan online shop.
Data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number and shipping or billing address.
- Order data: purchased products, amount, currency, payment status, Stripe references, shipping information and related communications.
- Technical data needed for security, fraud prevention, cart operation and site administration.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Managing orders, payments, shipping, returns and customer support: performance of contract.
- Complying with tax, accounting, commercial and consumer obligations: legal obligation.
- Protecting the shop from abuse, fraud or technical incidents: legitimate interest.
- Sending marketing communications where applicable: consent or the relevant legal basis.
- Managing availability requests: with your consent, we store your email, the piece you are interested in, language and submission date to contact you about that piece if it becomes available again. This does not subscribe you to general advertising or reserve the product.
Recipients
Necessary service providers may access data, including payment, hosting, transactional email, shipping, support, tax and legal providers. We do not sell personal data.
Availability requests are stored in Netlify Forms, our forms and hosting provider, with access restricted to authorised team members. This provider may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of its data processing agreement.
Retention
Data is kept while needed to manage the contractual relationship and afterwards for periods required by tax, accounting, commercial, consumer or liability rules.
We review availability requests and delete them once handled or after six months, unless you renew your request. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion at any time by writing to contacto@ryomiurajapan.com, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@ryomiurajapan.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
