Shipping zones
The shop lets users select destination before payment. The new checkout allows Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, United States, United Kingdom and Switzerland, provided the Stripe shipping rates are active.
Costs
Shipping cost is calculated and confirmed before payment. Spain may have free shipping from 99 EUR when the free rate is active in checkout. For other destinations, the exact cost is shown before payment.
Preparation
Before shipping, we check availability, product condition, item protection and order data. Usual preparation takes 3 to 5 business days. Some pieces with made-to-order availability, special selection or shipment from Japan may require more time.
Times
As a reference: mainland Spain and Balearic Islands, 5 to 8 business days; Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 7 to 10 business days; European Union, 5 to 10 business days; America, Asia and handcrafted pieces shipped from Japan, 15 to 25 business days. Times may vary by destination, supplier, customs, holidays, logistics volume or carrier incidents.
Customs and import taxes
For international shipments outside the applicable tax territory, customs procedures, import taxes or costs may apply to the recipient where required by law.
