Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, except for legally established exceptions.
Exceptions
Withdrawal may not apply to products made to customer specifications, clearly personalized products, products used beyond reasonable inspection, products damaged by misuse or products that cannot be returned for applicable legal reasons.
How to request a return
Write to contacto@ryomiurajapan.com or soporte@ryomiurajapan.com with the order number, product and operational reason for the request. We will indicate the steps to return the item safely.
Product condition
The product must be returned complete, protected, without improper use and with sufficient packaging to avoid transport damage. For knives, the edge and tip must travel properly protected.
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing the product, we will email whether the return has been approved or rejected. If applicable, the refund will be processed through the same payment method, deducting amounts legally applicable if the product has lost value due to handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Damaged or incorrect product
If the order arrives damaged or does not match the purchase, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can manage the incident with the carrier or supplier. If the error or damage is attributable to Ryo Miura Japan or transport, return shipping should not generate a return cost for the customer.
